About this event A two hour sitting after which you will receive the completed portrait in oils on canvas or pencil on paper. The better you sit still the better the portrait. If you are buying this as a present for someone make sure they are aware of this. If you are not happy with the portrait you will receive a refund. Sometimes extra time may need to be spent on the portrait after the session. The completed portrait will be wet if in oils so will have to be transported carefully or can be left at the studio and picked up in a few days so it is easier to transport. An introduction to Lino Printmaking is a half-day course designed to give a basic outline of the medium to newcomers. The course will give students an outline of the materials used and how the process works, from creating an image, through transferring it onto Lino and then producing the prints themselves.
