This is for New leaders/Managers working within early years. This programme is consists of 6 topics which all include work based projects. 1. What does good leadership look like? 2 Enhance your communication skills .3. Promoting good teamwork. 4 Managing Difficult Conversations. 5. Getting to know sector relevant documents. 6. The importance of wellbeing for yourself and for your team. This programme of training ensures new leaders are professional, knowledgeable and confident in leading teams of people.  The work based projects gives the opportunity to practise new skills and then reflect on that practise with the trainer. The programme is delivered individually for maximum impact either face to face or virtually depending on the location The trainer has 24 years experience of managing teams of people in the early years and can relate to the busy, challenging emotional environments that Early Years Leaders work in. Each session is 1.5hrs.  

Being a Mentor in the Early Years

I offer private sound healing and sound therapy sessions on either a 1:1 or 2:1 (couples/friends) basis. I come to you and provide this service within the comfort of your own home. These sessions can be completely tailored toward your individual needs. Popular subjects I am often asked to concentrate on are stress relief, anxiety, grief, sleep issues, physical or emotional pain and/or discomfort, letting go of burdens that you no longer wish to carry, setting new intentions, re-energizing and recharging or just an ultimate relaxation sound journey session that will leave you feeling beautifully peaceful, calm and relaxed. My sessions include the use of sound and vibration, guided meditation, and aromatherapy.   I also offer chakra rebalancing sessions to restore the natural flow of energy within us using Tibetan body work bowls, gong, powerful crystals, and guided meditation.   For more information on these popular 1:1 or 2:1 sessions please get in touch.

I also offer private immersive sound journey & gong bath sessions for groups large or small. Similar to my private 1:1 or 2:1 sessions, these can be completely tailored to your specific requirements. I come to your home, venue or event and provide everything that is needed for you and your guests to enjoy a magical sound and vibration journey like no other. For all enquiries, please contact me.

I occasionally organise one-off events such as outdoor sound journeys & gong baths in magical woodland locations, peaceful parks or on beautiful beaches. Sometimes under the stars with a fire. Any upcoming events like this will be listed HERE (Eventbrite). So be sure to check regularly.   I also occasionally organise all-night puja events. Guests are invited to bring comfy bedding and everything they need to spend a whole night sleeping to the subtle healing frequencies of gongs and other powerful healing instruments that continue throughout the whole night. These events will begin with a welcome ceremony, followed by a beautiful meditation session. After this, we all lay down, get comfortable, relax and slowly fall into a beautiful deep sleep. In the morning we gently awaken feeling refreshed, revitalised and re-energised. Any upcoming events like this will be listed here. So be sure to check regularly.

I am a DJ with over 20 years of experience playing for crowds at some of the most well-respected venues, events, and festivals across the globe. I have played DJ sets for crowds of anywhere between a small, intimate group, right up to over 10,000 people at events such as 'Burning Man' in the USA.    My styles can either be of a dance tempo involving deep, melodic, trance-inducing beats, which are perfect for any dancefloor space large or small.   Or I have many years of experience in selecting the perfect eclectic soundtrack for sunset moments, chill-out spaces, or creating magical background atmospheres within various events and spaces.   For all enquiries, please contact me here.

I hold sound journey & gong bath sessions every week in both Bournemouth and Southbourne (on the South coast, Dorset, uk).   Everyone is welcome at these events which take place on Friday evenings and Sunday evenings from 7.30 pm – 9 pm.
