In person kundalini yoga class in the west end of Edinburgh off Gorgie Road with sound journey and guided relaxations, meditation, breath work and mantra.

In this session, we’ll explore how conscious breathing can help reduce stress and bring calm into any moment of the day. Through three simple steps, you’ll learn how to reconnect with your breath, soothe your nervous system, and release accumulated tension in the body. This practice is ideal for those new to breathwork as well as those looking to deepen their ability to manage stress naturally and effectively. This class is spondsored by the Lottery Community Fund, Awards for All and run by David Palacios from Essence Scotland, breathwork instructor and more. By attending this class you release the teacher, Giada Gaslini and Art and Spirituality Cic, from any liability arising out of any personal injuries, emotional or physical release, death, expectations of results, theft in the venue or damages that may happen to people and objects while attending.

One to one sessions available as blocks of 3 or 6, delivered in 60, 90, 120 minute slots. Can be split with a partner

Throughout this training we look at:  Involving your team in establishing a vision Why and how distributing leadership can acheive your vision and motivate your team? Gives you a creative, fun and engaging approach to keep your vision alive, by incorporating Realising the Ambition into it.

We look at 4 key areas on how to build successful teams in our Early Years environments. Managing the People, looking at personality types. Setting the Envrironment using Maslows Hierarchy of needs for staff. Solving the Problems in teams. Encouraging the Performance.

Join artist Julie Galante for this in-person workshop, where we’ll take inspiration from the historic city of Edinburgh. Participants of all experience levels are welcome for this friendly, small-group experience.  We’ll start with some guided warm-up sketches before moving on to drawing exercises focused on composition, tone, and observation. By the end of the workshop you’ll feel more confident drawing your surroundings, no matter your previous drawing experience.  Please come dressed for the weather, ready to spend time outside. You may also want to bring along a folding stool or a rug to sit on while you draw (there will likely be benches available, but this is unpredictable).  Participants will also need to bring along some basic art supplies:  A sketchbook and/or some drawing paper and board (A4 or larger recommended) Various drawing pens and pencils Charcoal or graphite sticks An eraser Any other favourite art supplies that you may like to use I'll also have some supplies to hand for you to borrow or purchase (please let me know in advance if there's something in particular you need).
