ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

Anika Carpenter is a flash fiction author, workshop facilitator and artist with a background in the Fine Arts. Her fiction has been shortlisted for the Bath Flash Fiction Award and the Bridport Prize and has been published in numerous anthologies. You can find her stories at Gone Lawn, Ellipsis Zine, The Molotov Cocktail, Janus Literary and many more.

Anika received a Fine Art MA (distinction) with a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from Kingston University in 2010. She spent ten years working as an assistant to Turner Prize winning artists. Anika's own artwork has been exhibited at Towner Gallery and featured in numerous group exhibitions.
