In the morning we will practice some simple qigong exercises, movements and meditations to access the deeper energies within us. We will be leaning into the earth nourishment of the equinox. Learning how to find our own grounded, stable centre, to connect to the earth of our body and to our own innate beauty and natural wisdom. In the afternoon we will lie down and relax into the support of the earth to receive a deep healing Breathwork Session. We will use conscious connected breathing to encourage detoxification of your body, releasing stuck energy and beliefs and resetting your whole nervous system. In this session we will use a simple breathing technique know as conscious connected breathing, this activates the nervous system and helps create new neural pathways in the brain. When we breathe in this pattern, we begin to enter into an altered state of consciousness which allows us to release stored emotions and trauma in both the physical and energetic body. If your looking to release stress and create more space for joy, peace and love then these sessions are for you. We will take general shots of the room and breathers, there will be no close ups of anyone who would prefer not to be of focus, but if you are comfortable let us know. Each session will be 90 minutes long In our Mummy Morning it will be very easy going with an option to take part in gentle core exercises to slowly strengthen our core and pelvic floors which is vital after birth, but not only that, we work on the whole of our bodies. Our bodies go through so much from carrying our little ones but the process during and after impacts our precious bodies, so we need to look after them. Mind, body and soul :)
