1 day beginners bowl turning courses run every Thursday throughout the year for up to 4 students. These courses have proved very popular and give each student a good grounding in all the basic techniques and skills. Every student will take home a couple of handmade items to be proud of.

Airline Cabin Crew need to be able to act quickly and confidently in all safety and emergency situations. SEP (Safety Equipment & Procedures) training will ensure all participants have in-depth knowledge of safety and emergency procedures. It will also fully prepare candidates to handle any unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. The professional training of aircrew is a priority for aviation safety. This course is also ideal for those who would like more indepth specific training. If you completed your Cabin Crew studies elsewhere and would like to progress, to refresh your knowledge or get more confidence, you can join our one day certified SEP (Safety Equipment & Procedures) training. Aircraft Doors Aircraft doors operations in both Armed and Disarmed modes in both theory and practical sessions. The shamanic path is about developing our personal sovereignty, our right to Real-ise our True Self.   Our movement West is towards our fitness to navigate our way through this life and into the beyond. The shamans say that all sickness starts in the spiritand only later becomes physical. Using tools including shamanic journeying and dancing we will seek access to the beyond and to whatever healing is needed to bring us health and fitness both individually and collectively. Overcoming fear of death is a key to daring to live fully with heart.
