The "Foundations of Immunisation and Vaccines for Non-Registered Practitioners" course is fully compliant with the National Minimum Standards and Core Curriculum for Immunisation Training and is designed to equip non-registered healthcare professionals with a solid understanding of immunisation concepts, vaccine administration, and the importance of vaccination in public health.

Our first aid at work training courses are in accordance with guidance provided by the Health & Safety executive (HSE) and are both fun and informative. This qualification should enable Learners to attain the knowledge and practical competencies needed to deal with a range of emergency first aid situations. Learners should be able to demonstrate the practical administration of safe, prompt, effective first aid in emergency situations with an understanding of the role of first aider. and include dynamic and realistic casualty simulation which puts the candidates through their paces. We hold the Emergency First Aid at Work at our Education Centre in Ellesmere Port. We are also able to teach this course 'in-house' at our clients preferred site. The objective is to enable the candidates to identify the risks posed by legionella bacteria and understand how to manage the risks in domestic water systems, to a standard which minimises the risk of exposure and ill health.

P400 - Asbestos Surveying and Analysis is a one day foundation level course, which provides candidates with the fundamental knowledge to start a career in the asbestos surveying and analysis professions, and as a progression route to the asbestos Proficiency qualifications. It gives candidates an introductory level of knowledge on the health risks of asbestos fibres, and how to manage asbestos-containing materials in their work. Candidates for this course are not expected to have prior knowledge and experience but having an awareness of the contents of both HSG248 Asbestos: The analysts' guide (July 2021) and HSG264 Asbestos: the survey guide January 2010), would be advantageous.
