Popular themes tend to be complete relaxation sessions, stress relief, recharge & re-energizing, and events around the time of a new moon (perfect for setting new intentions) or a full moon (a great opportunity to let go of things that no longer serve us). I have two beautiful venues that I regularly use in Bournemouth and in Southbourne. I hold sound journey & gong bath sessions every week in both Bournemouth and Southbourne (on the South coast, Dorset, uk).   Everyone is welcome at these events which take place on Friday evenings and Sunday evenings from 7.30 pm – 9 pm. Also, up-skilling managers and leaders on what they need to know.  Manager training includes what menopause is, how it can affect the individual at work, as well as the bigger picture of how it can impact the business, and how best to support them.    Colleague training is for anyone going through menopause or supporting someone who is. City & Guilds Level 3 Award in Direct Emergency Rescue and Recovery of Casualties from Confined Spaces - 6160-07 - This course is designed to introduce delegates to the basics of rescue and recovery of casualties from confined spaces. City & Guilds Level 3 Award in Supervising Teams Undertaking Work in Confined Spaces - 6160-05 - This course is designed to provide delegates with enough understanding of Safe Systems of Work to be able to authorise works and issue permits. It identifies the employer’s responsibilities within their own policies to allocate duties to competent employees. To achieve this qualification the delegate must hold the level 2 qualification relevant to their own work environment including the use confined space equipment.
