Holistic Health Wellbeing Massage The goal of wellness massage is to make you feel good. Every minute is calming, soothing, relaxing, and feels good. A wellness massage can be full body or can be focused in certain areas depending on your preferences. This massage is slow, calming and designed to help destress the mind and body. Upon successful completion of the SSSTS training the candidate will be awarded with the CITB Site Supervisory Safety Training Certificate.
