We deliver forklift training to both individuals and companies. Courses are delivered onsite at our training centre or arrangements can be made to deliver at a company’s premises.

This is not a single course but a set of menu options from which you can 'pick and mix' to create a draft programme yourself, as a discussion document which we can then fine-tune with you. For a day's training course, simply consider your objectives, select six hours' worth of modules and let us do the fine-tuning so that you get the best possible training result. The duty of care is a legal requirement and comes with the job role for any Care worker. It is part of the code of conduct for healthcare support workers and adult social care workers in England and applies as soon as someone receives treatment or care. Employees also have a duty of care to other workers.

Awareness of Safeguarding Safeguarding • Adults & Children at Risk Our Safeguarding Workshops cover a variety of topics, including identifying signs of abuse or neglect, understanding legal responsibilities related to safeguarding, and implementing effective strategies for preventing harm. These Workshops are led by experienced Trainers who have extensive knowledge in the field of Safeguarding. They are designed to provide Healthcare Professionals with the knowledge and skills they need to protect vulnerable individuals in their care. The Workshops are highly interactive, providing participants with plenty of opportunities to engage in discussions, ask questions, and practice new skills. We believe that this hands-on approach enhances learning and helps participants apply what they’ve learned in real-world situations. Course: Four Hours Cost:  £45 + vat per person Awareness of Safeguarding Qualification will provide an understanding of Safeguarding which can be used in a workplace, activity group or any instance where a person comes into contact with children or adults at risk. The Qualification provides learners with the knowledge to identify a Safeguarding concern, record a disclosure and report to the appropriate person. SYLLABUS A range of Safeguarding related subjects are covered including: Safeguarding legislation and guidance Roles and responsibilities Abuse and neglect Identifying concerns and disclosure Making judgements Reporting Safeguarding concerns CERTIFICATION Upon successful completion of the qualification assessment, learners will be awarded an Ofqual regulated qualification. The qualification does not have an expiry date, but refresher training and keeping up-to-date with changes to policies, procedures and new legislation through ongoing CPD is vital.

Driver CPC is short for “Driver Certificate of Professional Competence”. This was introduced by an EU Directive in 2003. LGV and PCV drivers require to complete a total of 35 hours of CPC Periodic training every 5 years. This is classroom based and modules are delivered in 7 hour sessions.
