Our intention for the Wild Finca Online Rewilding Retreat is to help you strengthen your connection with nature. We achieve this by enhancing your knowledge of the natural world and offering both inspiration and practical suggestions on how to incorporate the concept of ‘Rewilding’ into your own life.

Week 1

Session 1: Introduction to Wild Finca Habitats

- Introduction to the different habitats at Wild Finca.

Session 6: Treasure Hunt Review and Closing
Date & Time: BONUS session Sunday 13th of October (9pm CET)
- LIVE a review of everyones Treasure Hunt (NB You will recieve the Treasure Hunt on Sunday 29th of September. The Treasure Hunt is specifically designed to get you outside and engaging directly with the natural world, as well as creating opportunities to put your learning into practice).

- Treasure Hunt: Participants will receive a list of items to find over the two-week period. Items may include specific plants, animal tracks, insects, etc.

- Review of Treasure Hunt findings.
- Identification and discussion of items found.
- Closing remarks and feedback session.

- Provide a fun and interactive way to reinforce learning.

Setting workplace boundaries to improve your wellbeing

Many people struggle to set boundaries because of a niggling fear that they will be letting people down, upsetting authority or come across as difficult. But healthy boundaries are essential to look after our wellbeing and therefore our effectiveness at work. 

Some of the keys to setting great boundaries are knowing what you want (or don't want), why that matters to you and being able to communicate that to others in an assertive way - confident but friendly. And there are tools to help you achieve this.

Course outcomes
The MHFA Refresher course takes four hours to complete and will enable learners to: 
Keep their knowledge, awareness, and skills of mental health support current

Practice applying the Mental Health First Aid action plan
Once you have completed your MHFA Refresher course, you will be certified for three years. You will also be invited to become or stay a member of MHFA England's Association of Mental Health First Aiders, making sure you have everything you need to feel confident when supporting others.
