What to Expect:
Rebirthing Breathwork - This conscious connected breathwork session will guide you into deep connection with your body’s natural healing intelligence. Breath becomes the medicine, supporting the release of old stories, clearing stuck energy, and offering a powerful reset for the nervous system. You’ll be held in a safe and sacred space to return to your heart, your truth, and a renewed sense of self.

Cacao Ceremony - We will drink ceremonial cacao together, allowing its heart-opening energy to support our intentions and inner journey. As we drink together, cacao will gently awaken the emotional body, deepen our connection with ourselves and others, and create the spaciousness for transformation to unfold.

Shamanic Reiki Drum Journey - With the sound of the drum and the energy of Reiki, we’ll drop into a deep meditative state where the body can relax and the spirit can receive. This part of the day will support integration and recalibration, allowing the intentions set during cacao and breathwork to land in your system.

Fire Ceremony - As the day comes to a close, we’ll gather around the fire in ritual. This ceremony will offer space for release, gratitude, and reclamation—letting go of what no longer serves, honouring what’s been revealed, and anchoring in the power of the wild, sacred feminine that has been awakened within you.

Meet Fionn – Co-Facilitator of The Wild Rose Retreat
Fionn is a breathwork guide, space holder, and shamanic priestess devoted to truth, embodiment, and radical reclamation.

 Her path began after leaving a high-control cult where her voice, power, and body wisdom were silenced. Years of suppression gave way to fire, initiated by loss, liberation, and the raw force of becoming. Her work is forged in the return to self: unapologetic, untamed, and deeply embodied.

A certified Breathwork Practitioner, Cacaoista, and Shamanic Priestess, Fionn brings over 15 years of experience in energy work, ritual, and embodiment to her work. 

Her path has been shaped by lived experience, deep personal practice, and training in breathwork, ancestral healing, somatic wisdom, sacred sexuality, and Earth-based spirituality. She has trained with renowned teachers including Peggy Dylan (Rebirthing), Steven Mulhearn (Celtic Shamanism), and Tim Morrison (SPIRITUS Breathwork), alongside other heart-led shamanic guides, including Fay Johnstone and FireTree Alchemy. She weaves these lineages into grounded, powerful spaces that invite real transformation through the body, through the breath, and through truth.

Aishling is a space holder, healer, and guide whose journey into the spiritual and healing arts began in 2022. A Reiki Master Teacher with a deep-rooted love for crystals, astrology and the art of manifesting. She brings grounded, heart-led energy into everything she does. Her path has been shaped by her exploration of the witch wound and the reclamation of the wise woman archetype—a calling that has ignited her passion for truth, authenticity, and feminine empowerment.

Trained in breakthrough breathwork, sound therapy, and a deep love for shamanic drumming, Aishling offers deeply embodied practices that support women in releasing shame, rewriting limiting beliefs, and reconnecting with their inner wisdom. She is also a cacao facilitator working closely with Keiths Cacao, a beautiful Guatemalan ceremonial cacao that she honours with reverence and care.

Aishling is the founder of Aish & Earth, a space devoted to living in alignment with nature, truth, and soul. She’s passionate about guiding women back to themselves—to a life that is rich, free, and wildly their own.

What is Cacao?
Cacao is a heart-opening non-psychoactive plant medicine and is one of the many tools available that can help us tune into who we really are. She supports us in softening our hearts so we can move from fear to love and connect with our inner wisdom. Drinking Cacao in its purest form allows a deeper connection to ourselves our intuition and inner guidance, which leaves you loved up (with yourself), empowered, and in your heart.

Shamanic Drumming:
The rhythmical beating of a drum is one of the oldest practices of humankind and a powerful approach that promotes health and well-being. When the body attunes to the supportive resonance of the drum, you begin to switch off and drift into deeper relaxation, assisting the body in releasing any deep-seated stress and tension and bringing the body back to its optimum vibration.

Drumming has so many powerful benefits, including reducing anxiety, quietening our minds, helping us to relax and deepen our breath, helping to release old energy that has become blocked in our body and energy system, and overall, it can boost our immune system.

IMPORTANT: Drumming is safe and beneficial for most people; however, drumming is not suitable if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, have a pacemaker or have tinnitus.

Breathwork is a powerful healing modality and although a safe, deeply relaxing and enjoyable process, it can result in certain physiological changes in the body that can produce a mild altered state of consciousness with physical and/or emotional release. What to Expect
Raku Firing: Explore this traditional Japanese technique known for its captivating effects. Learn the low-temperature, fast-firing process, involving removing pottery at bright red heat and placing it in containers with combustible materials to achieve unique results.
Saggar Firing:  Saggar firing is a technique where ceramic pieces are enclosed in a container (the saggar) filled with combustible materials to create unique surface effects through smoke, fuming, and localized reduction.
Barrel Firing: Experience wood firing in a steel barrel using oxides, carbonates, and copper wire to create vibrant colors.
 Copper Matte/Copper Wash Technique is a decorative pottery method that uses copper oxide or carbonate to create unique metallic or iridescent effects.
Horsehair Firing: Add unique effects to your pottery using horsehair applied to the surface.
COURSE HIGHLIGHTS

Hands on Experience: Learn how to work with gas-fired raku kilns, 'mummy' saggars, and barrel kilns.  While you won’t be removing 1000°C pots from the kilns yourself—for safety and insurance reasons—you’ll be guided through the full process, gaining insight into the techniques, tools, and timing involved. Our demonstrations are detailed and designed to build your understanding and confidence, so you can safely explore these methods further in your own practice. You’ll be actively participating in the firing process—adding sawdust to glowing pots, witnessing the effects of reduction, and engaging closely with flame and smoke. This is a thrilling part of the experience, and proper safety gear (such as gloves and masks) is recommended.

Techniques and Skills:- Learn alternative pot preparation techniques, resist techniques, copper wash application, sacrificial glaze (naked raku), reduction glazes, and burnishing advice.

Expert Guidance: Benefit from the expertise of two experienced instructors, ensuring personalized help and advice throughout the course.

Materials: Optionally, bisque fired pots are available for £10 each, or you can bring your own masterpieces, guidance on preparation will be supplied at time of booking.

My second time doing this workshop. Not that I didn’t learn anything two years ago, it was just that it was so good the first time I was determined to return and introduce a friend of mine who was just beginning her pottery “adventure”. I can only say it was even better the second time around - and on top of everything we were blessed with lovely weather.

Abi and Alison are not only knowledgable and experienced in their craft but are friendly and patient and always engaging. They had made strenuous efforts to keep everybody safe in these strange viral times and to put everybody at ease.
The whole two days were a joy. Exciting, and inspirational. It’s given me so much more confidence now, to improve on the techniques and skills learned and to advance with a raku kiln of my own. I cannot recommend the experience too highly. 
No doubt I will be back for another ‘booster’ session in the not too distant future. It’s worth it for the food alone!

Attend the second day of our two day course in the classroom for skills and practical development.

Keeping Safe. Bloodborne pathogens and work practice

A detailed look at three blood collection systems and
associated equipment.
Practical Session 1:
Equipment familiarisation. Hands-on approach.
M07: Anatomy and Physiology:
An overview of the integumentary system and
cardiovascular system. Understanding veins, arteries,
capillaries and nerves, and their locations.

Using the tourniquet and identifying a vein. Hands-on
approach.

How do I attend?

EITHER -
CLASSROOM OPTION - Attend one of our scheduled classroom locations, completing your Introduction to Phlebotomy Course over 2 days. You will also complete your Advanced Training at the end of the first day and your Competency Training at the end of the second day.

Our Introduction to Phlebotomy and Advanced Phlebotomy Training Kits are supplied at no charge when booking our virtual classroom training option.
If you would like to add one or both of these kits to your classroom training option then these are available to add at time of booking. Our comprehensive training kits each mirror the same equipment and supplies used in the classroom and both include detailed video tutorials, allowing you to continue to practice and "hone" your skills after you have completed your practical training.

OR -

VIRTUAL CLASSROOM OPTION- Complete your theory training online at home or work, then join us for a one day Zoom session to complete your Introduction to Phlebotomy virtual classroom training, followed by your Advanced Training in the evening of the same day. You have the option to add a classroom-based competency session, awarding a CPD Accredited Geopace Certificate of Competency, at time of booking.

Our Virtual Classroom option includes two very comprehensive training kits - one for your introductory course and one for your advanced course. Kits are included at no charge (normally £79.95 each) and are yours to keep and to continue to practice with after you have finished your courses. PLEASE NOTE THAT PART 1 SHOULD BE COMPLETED

PART 2 - CLASSROOM (am, pm or evening sessions)
3 - 4 hours skill-set development with practical demonstrations and hands-on experience performing Intramuscular, Intradermal and Subcutaneous Injections.
 


How do I attend?

EITHER -
CLASSROOM OPTION - Complete your theory training online at home or work, then attend one of our scheduled classroom locations, completing your Peripheral IV Cannulation Course and your Injection Course on the same day.
Our Peripheral IV Cannulation Course and Injection Course training kits are supplied at no charge when booking our virtual classroom training option.
If you would like to add one or both of these kits to your classroom training option then these are available for you to add at time of booking. Training kits mirror the same equipment and supplies used in the classroom and both include detailed video instructions, allowing you to continue to practice and "hone" your skills after you have completed your practical training.

OR -

VIRTUAL CLASSROOM OPTION- Complete your theory training online at home or work, then join us for your one full day to complete your cannulation and injection course training.

Our Virtual Classroom option includes two very comprehensive training kits - one for your cannulation course and one for your injection course. Kits are included at no charge (normally £79.95 and £39.95 respectively) and are yours to keep and to continue to practice with after you have finished your courses. The equipment and supplies included in your kits are the same as those used if you choose the classroom option.

Additional Courses suitable for Aesthetic Therapists:
Our popular Introduction to Phlebotomy Course also trains you to perform venepuncture at Advanced Level. We offer both classroom and virtual classroom options for this course and a comprehensive Practise@Home Training Kit is provided for our virtual classroom option. Both options are accredited at Advanced Level.
If you already have phlebotomy skills (or decide to enroll on our phlebotomy training course) then you will be able to offer your clients Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Treatments, also known as Vampire Facials. Our PRP (Vampire Facials) Course trains you in the harvesting, preparation and treatment of PRP for application to your clients as required. We offer both classroom and virtual classroom options for this course and a comprehensive Practise@Home Training Kit is provided for our virtual classroom option. Both options are accredited at Foundation Degree Level.
