Using the powerful yet gentle practice of Qigong to open our energy, creating space for the full expression of our life force. We will be working with movements inspired by the infinity symbol, also known as the "lemniscate" which have been used by healers for centuries to promote balance, and harmony. Connecting us to the infinite potential and interconnectedness of all things. Christine will guide us to walk the 8 (lemniscate) and then move seamlessly into a deeply healing yoga nidra practice bringing the 8 into our bodies for total relaxation and integration. After a delicious organic lunch we will lie down and relax into the support of the earth to receive a deep healing breathwork session. We will use conscious connected breathing to encourage detoxification of your body, releasing stuck energy and beliefs and resetting your whole nervous system. Learn how to make really fun and creative bowls from rope and bits of scrap fabric. I will teach you all you need to know and I will supply all you need to get going. It is SO fun and SO versatile! You decide on the shape, size and colours! This is a very practical and hands on class which will see you making stuff in no time. All tools, use of machines and materials are included. The class will finish around 1pm

Learn to use your overlocker! Bring your overlocker to class and I will teach you all you need to know about threading it, changing it from 3/4 thread and back, changing the needles, adjusting stitch length and differential feed etc. I only have one overlocker here and in any case it is definititely something you want to do on your own, so you will need to bring your machine to this class.
