What is dance psycholgy? Why does it matter? And what you as a dancer, dance teacher should defintely know about it to better improve mental well-being? All these questions will be answered in this workshop who will introduce you to dance psychology and its key aspects.
The workshop will be recorded for those who cannot attend.
Details
A high energy dance party to get us moving and grooving. Expect a mix of music from 90s Boyband to Disco, Broadway classics to Latin tunes. We’ll start with a warm up then build up a routine then stretch it out.
Classes are done via Facebook Live in a closed group so you can join live or replay (as many times as you like) at a time that suits you.
Instructions
Find a clear and adequate space in your home with suitable flooring. Wear comfortable clothing and have water nearby.
This class is suitable for all ages and abilities but please make sure you work within your own limits and what is safe for you.

Friday Flow - 20 Min Burst Of Energy To Get Your Weekend Started
A 20 min burst of energy and movement to get your weekend started. Suitable for all levels with a focus on moving your body in any way that feels good.
Once you join one of our group classes at the studio you will participate in the warm-up, class and cool down. You will be able to hear the instructor and the class however the instructor will not be able to interact with you. This is purely a watch and learn class.
