It is the perfect time to reflect and celebrate how far we have come. In this beautiful and glowing space we will take the time to embrace the different versions of ourselves, the dark and the light, just as we witness the change in seasons affecting life around us, the inevitable and natural shift from light to dark. We will then utilise this gratitude and celebration of our whole selves to set our intentions for this seasonal shift.This is a powerful moment in time where we can tune into the energy of the equinox to rise above our limitations and connect with our Higher Selves.We will also have some blankets and eye masks available but please bring your own if you would like to ensure you have one. This wonderful 2 day workshop is a journey into healing with the Angels. 1. Dosage & Absorption
Empty Stomach for Optimal Absorption: Take your tincture on an empty stomach, ideally at least 30 minutes before eating or 2 hours after your last meal. This enhances absorption and allows the plant’s energy to work more directly. You may want to start with a 5 drops a day working up depending on your sensitivity (up to a maximum of 20 drops per day) 
Sublingual Method (Under the Tongue): Place the recommended number of drops directly under your tongue and hold them there for about 1-2 minutes before swallowing. This method allows the plant’s essence to enter your bloodstream more quickly and efficiently.
