Tydfil Training Consortium Limited was founded in 1987 and incorporated as a limited company and Registered Charity in 1990. We deliver a wide range of programmes under contract to DfES and JCP for unemployed individuals who require support and training to secure employment. Tydfil Training prides itself on creating a supportive and safe environment for both staff and participants, working with people to give more, offering equal opportunities for all. B-wbl Circle Colour In 2015, Tydfil Training became partners within a consortia of like-minded training providers, colleges, voluntary sector organisations and employers to form B-wbl, formerly Skills Academy Wales (South West). The consortia of 10 now delivers a wide range of Work Based Learning opportunities throughout South and Mid Wales through its contract with the Welsh Government. As a result of this partnership, participants are offered a wide range of purposeful training and work experience opportunities which support them into sustainable employment.

Passport to Employment (P2E) is a training provider based in Pontypridd, South Wales. Established in August 2016, P2E provide training around South East Wales, concentrating on employability for adults. We have an extensive network of partners in the voluntary, public and private sectors. We address employability issues to help disadvantaged groups and communities by developing skills that can secure employment and a brighter future. Our trainers are well established and highly trained in delivering a variety of programmes and help you secure sustainable employment. The Enterprise in Education Partnership specialise in designing and delivering a range of high quality bespoke programmes which support a skill base leading to successful employment. These programmes can be delivered to small and large groups of people over a period ranging from a ½ day to a series of one day events. Our programmes are delivered by a team of experienced staff who are dedicated to breaking down barriers which may have precluded many people from reaching their full potential. Each member of the team will have extensive experience in working with young people and engaging them in a number of activities that are designed to build confidence levels. This is the first step towards building aspirations which can lead to successful and fulfilling employment. By working closely with key business partners in the community in the design and deliver stage of each programme, we can ensure that the content of each programme reflects current business trends as well as the challenges facing the business world today. This is vital in preparing young people for the world of work. By developing a range of employability skills which are tailored to meet the individual’s needs, we aim to ensure the pathway to successful employment is accessible by all.
