Course Summary
This NPORS course is designed for delegates with existing MEWP knowledge. It will enable them to understand the role and responsibilities of a MEWP Supervisor.
Course Objectives

It draws its inspiration from the concept of Mission Leadership, an idea which has its roots in military and emergency service leadership. All governing boards should designate a governor for mental health and wellbeing to provide strategic support and oversight for the school/colleges Designated Senior Mental Health Lead and the wider SLT. What is The SHARE Project?
The SHARE Project is built on a simple principle: you need to put your own oxygen mask on first!  By nurturing yourself, you’re better equipped to support your children. Through our three, weekly, set of live online workshops, delivered via Zoom, you’ll discover practical tools to bring more calm and happiness into your daily life.
Here’s what you can expect:
Weekly Workshops:  Each week, we’ll introduce and practice one or two tools designed to fit seamlessly into your life (in just a few minutes at a time, I promise!). These are not your typical “luxury spa day” suggestions — because let’s face it, who has time for that?  Instead, you’ll learn sustainable, go-to strategies that you can use anytime, anywhere, to boost your wellbeing, even in the midst of chaos.  You will also receive a mid-week email of encouragement between workshops and printables to help record and track your progress.
Ongoing Support:  In each session, we’ll review your progress, fine-tune your approach, if needed, and introduce the next tool.  
Community Connection: You’ll be part of a supportive group of fellow SEN parents and carers who understand the unique challenges you face.

Sarah Williams is a Director of the Sophie Hicks Agency which she joined in 2014 and she has worked as a literary agent for over 10 years. Sarah represents a wide range of adult fiction and non-fiction and as she runs the film and television side of the agency, she is particularly interested in books that have screen potential.

The course content is delivered over seven live Zoom sessions, in a small, welcoming group with plenty of opportunities for interaction.
