C20M04 - Security Product auditing (classroom)

This is the second of two courses we are running this year covering the Dragon Dao Yins. Over the course of the weekend with classes running from 9am to 4pm each day we will be exploring this ancient practice, designed to physically and energetically open the spine and purge both body and mind of pathogenic Qi. This can be understood as the debris of the mind that becomes lodged in the body via stress or trauma, causing stagnation and blockages.&nbsp;While challenging and relatively intricate, the practice can be extremely therapeutic and rewarding. It is especially good for the overall health of the spine, which impacts the health of the entire body. It is also an essential part of the Nei Gong process, which is a deep and transformational spiritual practice and essential for anyone trying to develop themselves in the internal arts of the East.&nbsp;The Dragon Dao Yins come in a set of four sequences of which two will be covered over the course of the weekend. Although you do not need to complete the full set to gain the huge benefits from these practices, the opportunity to do so is available with another course running, which covers the first two sequences. This is the second of two courses we are running this year covering the Dragon Dao Yins. Over the course of the weekend with classes running from 9am to 4pm each day we will be exploring this ancient practice, designed to physically and energetically open the spine and purge both body and mind of pathogenic Qi. This can be understood as the debris of the mind that becomes lodged in the body via stress or trauma, causing stagnation and blockages. 
While challenging and relatively intricate, the practice can be extremely therapeutic and rewarding. It is especially good for the overall health of the spine, which impacts the health of the entire body. It is also an essential part of the Nei Gong process, which is a deep and transformational spiritual practice and essential for anyone trying to develop themselves in the internal arts of the East. 
The Dragon Dao Yins come in a set of four sequences of which two will be covered over the course of the weekend. Although you do not need to complete the full set to gain the huge benefits from these practices, the opportunity to do so is available with another course running, which covers the first two sequences. A 2-day deep-dive workshop on RADAR and how to use it as an agile project performance framework.
The essential course for anyone wanting to learn more about the RADAR logic and how to build a continuous improvement culture and mindset across your whole organisation.

Further Development
The EFQM Performance Improvement Practitioner training provides core knowledge about the RADAR Logic. In some cases, the training will have fulfilled an individual's learning needs. In many cases, the individual will want to consolidate their learning by applying the theory to a practical task. We encourage you to apply RADAR to a practical, work-based project, and we provide guidance on how to approach and complete your project. 
 
Completion of the RADAR Performance Improvement Project also allows you to progress to one of the advanced EFQM qualification programmes: EFQM Performance Improvement Leader, EFQM Assessor or EFQM Organisational Change Leader.
 
EFQM Performance Improvement Leader
If you successfully complete the EFQM Performance Improvement Practitioner training and the subsequent project, you are invited to apply for the EFQM Performance Improvement Leader assessment. You will be guided and coached by an EFQM trainer and asked to present your project to the EFQM expert panel. Here you will answer questions about how you applied the RADAR logic and principles (we provide participants with templates for running the project, as well as a high-level mid-term review). You will also receive feedback on how to improve and maximise the use of RADAR for future endeavours.

An interactive, engaging and supportive workshop is for parents and carers of children with additional needs. Supporting a child with disabilities can feel like a whole other world. It is a unique kind of parenting rollercoaster which take us to higher highs and lower lows.

This 2-part work shop is based on lived experience and uses evidence and research to navigate the complexities of parenting a child with additional needs. 

It covers topics including:

holding complex emotions
living in our own story
dealing with difficult anniversaries
changing relationships
navigating the web of professional input
communicating with practitioners
being an empowered parent

The workshop will occur at the same time in two consecutive weeks.

Qualification delivery

The qualification has 4 assigned guided learning hours (GLH) and 5 hours total qualification time (TQT). GLH indicates the number of classroom contact hours that the learner will undertake. TQT includes GLH but also takes into account any unsupervised learning and is an estimate of how long the average learner will take to complete the qualification.

The minimum classroom contact time of 4 hours should be delivered over a minimum of half a day. The course can be spread over a maximum of 2 weeks, ensuring that each session is a minimum of two hours.

What does this course cover?
This is an online course for developing history leadership in primary teaching. This term, we will be piloting the course as an immersive programme covering the key elements of primary history subject leadership, enabling all involved in history leadership at primary to carry out their role effectively.
How is this course structured and delivered?
The course will take place in ten online sessions from January–May 2025. Sessions 1, 8 and 10 are compulsory to attend live. Participants will be required to complete a gap task after each session and contribute to an online reflection diary.
The other sessions will be recorded for participants to work through at their convenience, though participants are encouraged to attend the recording sessions live in order to make the most of the programme. All recordings will be made available on the course Moodle page within two working days of the live recording session.
Who is this course for? 
This programme is designed for anyone who is a subject coordinator or subject leader for history in their primary school. You may have just been appointed as a subject leader, or be more experienced but looking for formal training or fresh inspiration and direction.

Welcome to the world of Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™) series, where we offer advanced training for professionals and coaches like yourself! This unique programme focuses on systems and team coaching, designed to enhance your skills and take your coaching career to new heights.
What makes our ORSC™ series truly exceptional is that it's the first coach training programme with a dedicated focus on relationship systems that are also accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF)! 
Your ORSC Journey
You’ll start the 5-Module ORSC™ journey b either completing:
Fundamentals of ORSC™ or
ORS@Work (Organisation & Relationship Systems at Work)
All ORSC journeys begin with either Fundamentals or ORS@Work. Both of our introductory courses are based on the same set of skills and principles. Fundamentals is geared more toward independent coaches /consultants or those wanting a new career; ORS@Work meanwhile has been designed specifically for those working internally to an organisation.
Following the introductory course, be it Fundamentals of ORSC or ORS@Work, you will continue with the remaining 4-module ORSC Series. These modules are taken sequentially as each builds on the foundation of the preceding course. 
We're thrilled to be a part of your coaching journey and look forward to accompanying you to reach your coaching and leadership goals! 
Credentials 
The ORSC series is accredited by the International Coaching Federation. This means you can work towards obtaining an ICF Credential at the Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC), or Master Certified Coach (MCC) level.
Upon successfully completing all five courses in our ORSC™ training series, starting from Fundamentals, and progressing through Systems Integration, you'll earn 84 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) units. For those who want to continue towards mastery of ORSC skills and tools, you will join the 8-month Certification Programme and gain the ORSCC credential and an additional 96.5 CCE units.


ORSC Community 
The UK ORSC Community has been running for over 15 years. The community is run by ORSC practitioners for ORSC practitioners. Gathering monthly to practise and hone in ORSC skills.
By participating in the series, you are invited to join this engaging professional network of like-minded individuals, each bringing a diverse range of skills and experiences, enriching your learning experience. You'll have the chance to practise, reflect, learn, and connect with this vibrant community. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to co-lead a community event and gain insights on co-facilitation from a senior ORSC Coach and industry leaders.


Booking Options
Alongside the date for the course, you'll be sent optional dates for your Mentoring calls. These are additional learning opportunities we provide for free on top of your training dates. These are optional and not compulsory, but we do recommend you attend if you are able. 
The Mentoring calls are 90-minute sessions to reconnect with your learning system and your leaders to embed everything you've learned in the course. It's a space to share your experiences of using the tools and skills and to ask the leaders for input on any experiences you've had whilst coaching relationships. It's a fantastic opportunity to deepen your experience of the tools and skills you've learnt and fine-tune your practice.
