There are many tools and techniques you can use to do this. In this lecture you will be introduced to collective intelligence, collective consciousness, and the three types of crowd wisdom. From this foundational understanding we will then examine 6 simple techniques you can add to your agile tool box to best leverage collective intelligence in your organization. Each professional development activity yields one PDU for one hour spent engaged in the activity.
