This intermediate class will focus understanding and enjoying moving our bodies through ballet. We will start with barre before moving on to some  'small space friendly' centre practice.

LOOKING FOR: PICTURE BOOKS Perry Emerson is a Commissioning Editor at Little Tiger Press, where he works with authors and illustrators mostly on picture books and sometimes on novelty books. He is also a picture book author in his own right. Expect a class that involves gentle movements through the spine, hips, shoulders and other areas of the body. The aim is to release stress but also mobilise all of the key joints of the body, helping you to build strength, release tension and create new energy. ‘Yoga for Stress Relief & Fatigue Reduction‘ lasts around 45 minutes.
