Forest Bathing, nature therapy and healing in the natural environment
This is a time when we are all hearing the call to be out in the natural environment, becoming natural environment returners.
On this one day course you will learn how the Native Americans and our Druid ancestors used the Medicine Wheel to understand Health and the treatment of illness.
The aim of this course is to provide the skills and confidence to understand Dis ease and how nature can reverse it.
We will forage for healing plants and learn how to use them, use the four elements for healing, understand the four Aspects of us, use Dai Chi for gratitude to the four Elements. We will also journey into deep meditation with the Shamans drum.
A full day including lunch and all refreshments to create a working tool to help heal Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual health.
