Each student can work on their own projects whether that's home furnishings or dressmaking. There's no point in making a cushion cover if you really just want to learn how to make a posh frock! If you're not sure of what you'd like to make, don't worry I have lots of ideas and plenty of patterns. For beginners, there's no need to bring anything. I have lots of machines for you to try out and endless boxes of fabric and thread to play with. If you have your own machine please feel free to bring it and I'll help you set it up. You don't need to commit to a block of classes. You can book weekly for any of the classes held at the studio.
