The Real Estate Investment School is a four day course, that unravels the complexity of Investment Cash Flows through Advanced Modelling, Interpretation and Theory.

This qualification is for unsupported outdoor or adventure activity leaders, typically operating in situations where help is less than a few hours away, e.g. outdoor instructors, outdoor learning practitioners, mountain leaders, Duke of Edinburgh assessors, bushcraft instructors, forest school leaders, canoe expedition leaders. This list is not exhaustive.

The Real Estate Development School is a five day course that focuses on both the theoretical and practical elements of Commercial Real Estate Development.

This first aid course is ideal for primary and nursery school teachers, child minders and child careers. Learn how to manage emergency situations or minor everyday occurrences when looking after infants through to teenagers. Qualification meets the criteria defined for first aid training in the Early Years Foundation Stage Statutory Framework (EYFS) and Ofsted first aid requirements for registered childminders. It can also be used as evidence for employees working towards an NVQ in Childcare and Education. Learners must be at least 14 years old on the first day of training and be able to perform tasks at floor level. There are no other formal entry requirements but we strongly recommend that Learners have a minimum of Level 1 in literacy and numeracy or equivalent.

This 1 day paediatric first aid course with child CPR training is perfect if you wish to provide first aid in early years settings, such as nurseries, after-school clubs, creches and childminding. We cover everything you need to know so you can gain the paediatric first aid certificate. This basic 1 day course covers all the necessary basics in infant and baby CPR.
