The Renewables Academy (RENAC) AG, based in Berlin, Germany, is one of the leading international providers for training and capacity building on renewable energy and energy efficiency. Held under the patronage of the Egyptian Ministry of Electricity and Renewable Energy, The Ministry of Environment and the Minsitry of Trade & Industry, Egypt Energy is North Africa’s biggest energy event. The show brings together energy manufacturers and suppliers from all over the world to showcase new technologies and innovative solutions covering the entire energy value chain from power generators, energy storage and energy management systems, high and low voltage cables, energy transmission and distribution, solar panels, solar power and green energy. Egypt Energy has been an essential annual event for the past 30 years helping introduce new products into the market, connect parties and expand the energy market in Egypt and the MEA region.

Our programme is based on an understanding of child development, child engagement, visual skills and artistic techniques. Art skills take time to develop, just like playing the piano, and the art-K programme grows with the child; the more confident they are, the more they are able to bring their creativity to their projects. All our teachers undergo in depth training on the art-K programme and art-K’s teaching methods to ensure that our students receive the best art teaching we can offer. As the UK’s leading art tuition service, we pride ourselves in treating every child individually and creating an inspirational, creative hub where ideas become reality! Our Studios art-K has studios across the UK, including locations in London, Leeds, Brighton, Bristol and the South East. Our studios are powered by 100% green energy and, where possible, they use air flow heat pumps (instead of radiators or gas heaters) to keep energy consumption to a minimum. Any energy that is consumed, we offset with Ecologi; you can see the garden we’re growing here. In our studios, we up-cycle materials, incorporating plastics into the structure of our 3D projects. We believe in teaching by example and we love to share knowledge with (and also learn from!) our students.

In 2015, faith in energy suppliers was at an all-time low. That’s why we (Simon and Charlie, school friends who got into the energy industry together) set about building an energy company that was different, that had renewables at its heart and that could help customers reduce their environmental impact, all backed by award-winning customer service. In 2021, we joined forces with ESB Energy and welcomed our new CEO, Monica, combining the knowledge and resources of the two companies to make something that is truly better together. This means that not only are we able to offer great, green energy, but that even in these unprecedented times, our customers can rest assured that we’re not going anywhere.
