During the 2-day training course, I demonstrate the massage movements. After that, you will then get to practice with other students in the group. I break the learning down into small bite-size chunks before pulling it all together on the afternoon of the second day of training. I also focus on how to take care of yourself and how important it is to do this, particularly from a posture perspective so that you don&#39;t injure yourself.You also receive the relaxing Indian Head Massage treatment from the other students in the group.
