We are unique as our programme is carefully entwined with the Pre-School & Primary school EYFS syllabus. Your child will discover the joy of dancing, while also developing important skills such as coordination, balance, rhythm, creativity, imagination, and confidence. Give your child a head start by learning through dance! Lacing up your heels for this class is completely optional - but bringing your vibrant energy and giving it your all is non-negotiable! As we explore a dazzling array of poses and dance techniques, you'll also be learning some irresistibly fun and seductive choreography that's guaranteed to turn heads. An extensive library of moves All my tutorials have been regrouped in one membership. Hundreds of videos to increase your movement vocabulary and lay the foundations for sequencing and freestyling, as well as dozens of sequences to integrate them and dozens of drills to learn to improve your flow. Develop a well-rounded softness The strength, mobility and body awareness you will develop through this course can be used to sustain a standalone practice or complement your own, whether it is dance, movement, yoga, pole dance or aerials.

TEACHERS TRAINING COURSES are designed for those of you who are looking to take your dancing skills to a higher level. As the art of belly dance becomes more popular, the demand for teachers is rising and it is an extremely rewarding gift to be able to transfer and share your skills with others. This course is also beneficial for those of you who wish to gain a deeper understanding of Belly Dance and dancing in general. If you’ve ever thought of doing what you enjoy for a living, this is definitely for you.

This one day training will give learners an overview of how to deliver Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST). CST is a brief evidence-based group treatment for people with dementia. This interactive course will include a background about CST and how it can be used, research overview and detailed presentation of the treatment, including video footage and role-play.

Tiny toes ballet is award winning and fully integrated with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. It is the perfect introduction to the world of dance for boys and girls from walking to age 7. Our fun and inclusive toddler and kids dance classes nurture confidence and promote educational development. With our themed adventure sessions, they are so much more than a dance class and we are so excited to share them with you! Let your child discover the joy of dance with us whilst learning about the world around them!

5.30 pm to 6.30 pm for beginners The class is suitable for Junior + years In these session, we will focus on beats and rhythm, exploring dance grooves and moves. We would also learn short routines based on styles such as Commercial, Hip Hop, Afro Beats and Street Dance
