This class is focused on creating an inclusive and positive space for professional contemporary dancers. Everybody is welcome to engage in our ballet for contemporary dancers company class without regard to gender identity, race, body type or disability; diversity is something we pride ourselves on. We aim to provide a class that will allow the body to become more aware of its physical activity and how we can further develop and hone in on our skills as contemporary dancers.

Actors, improve your skills as a performer by joining us this March for London's best FREE acting evening and become part of the Speak The Speech family. Have a great time in the warmest and most welcoming space to try things out: Refresh an audition monologue from your repertoire Try something new with a speech Read a monologue for the first time Perhaps you just want to see how others approach a text. Or maybe you have a casting coming up… Participants may present a piece to the group, we then help to enhance the piece using the collective experience in the room, led by actor and acting coach Warren Rusher. We usually get through 6 or 7 pieces per month. Help each other to grow… you might have the perfect exercise or insight to help unlock a deeper understanding of character and text. There is no pressure to perform, you can just soak up the atmosphere and be part of the experience. Open to performers of all experience levels. *Bring a copy of any monologue you wish to present/work on. **If you are unable to attend please release your space - numbers are limited. Join actor & acting coach, Warren Rusher and improve your performance skills at London's best free acting class, Speak The Speech. Speak The Speech is a regular monologue workshop that has been running at Theatre Deli since September 2017, created by Warren as a response to London's lack of affordable acting training. A typical session consists of performers presenting a monologue which is then workshopped to improve the performers' approach to content and character. The aim is not to produce the perfect monologue but to use the monologue format to enhance each performer’s skill set and develop their acting process. We generally manage to work on 5-8 pieces per session. Francois Demange whose indigenous name is Metsa Nihue (meaning “Good Wind”) is an internationally known healer who specialises in traditional Amazonian lineages. He trained in the Peruvian Amazon for fifteen years under the guidance of the Quechua-Lamistas, Aguarunas, and the Shipibo indigenous peoples. He has since been in practice leading grandmother retreats and plant medicine rituals in South America building awareness for communities from the US, Europe, and Canada for more than twenty eight years. He comes as the most highly recommended practitioner by many accredited scholars in the field of psychedelic study and by leaders in organisations dedicated to research in these fields. He is a Reiki master healer and a Sun Dancer with the Dakota Tipi Nation of Canada, initiated in the Bwiti healing art and ceremonies of the Iboga tradition in Gabon by Maman Bernadette Ribiennot, and part of the Native American Church of the Denee Nation. He brings these lineages and practices together in ceremony to provide a powerful healing transmission and awakening our western culture into a collective consciousness resonance rooted in everyday life reality. Kelly whose indigenous name is Kapomo is dedicated to the evolution of our planetary consciousness and culture through radical self-care, transformational individual and group healing experiences, and shamanic Qi Gong transmission. She's mother to a mixed family of 5, daughter to a Chilean mamá and Aruban raised father and wife to a renegade French/Peruvian. She's a naturopathic physician and Chinese medicine practitioner, informed by two decades of ritual practice and training with indigenous healers from the Shipibo, Mayan, Moshica, Daoist and Quechua traditions.
