Structure Phase 1 - Qualifi Level 4 and 5 Diploma in Early Learning and Childcare Programme structure Level 4 The Qualifi Level 4 Diploma in Early Learning and Childcare comprises 9 units. To obtain the Diploma, learners must complete all mandatory units, earning 34 credits. Additionally, they should select at least 6 credits from the optional units. A total of 40 credits is necessary for Diploma completion, along with at least 30 hours of teaching practice.
