BOHS P404 - Clearance Testing & the Requirements of a Certificate for Reoccupation

<p style="color: rgb(var(--color_25)); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;" id="isPasted" fr-original-style=" color: rgb(var(--color_25));">This official BRCGS course enables participants with an in-depth understanding of the Standard in terms of the protocol, requirements and how to audit effectively. Participants will gain competency to assess compliance to the requirements of the Standard, including fundamental clauses, statements of intent, how to undertake a BRCGS audit, planning of the audit and reporting of the audit. The fines issued for these non-compliances total over &pound;570,000 plus costs. The absence of staff training, or requirement to complete additional training, was noted in a number of these cases.</p><p fr-original-style="" style="color: var(--text); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;">Many of the breaches resulting in enforcement action involved failures by the fee earners to conduct appropriate due diligence, adequately check the source of funds and/or wealth or recognise and report red flags.
