Lets prepare to come together for the Advanced Spiritual Institute's in-person group guided Full Moon Meditation on Monday 27th November 2023 at 6pm. This full moon is a 'beaver moon' the name comes from the heavy activity of beavers building their winter dams.

Our workshop packages are perfect for groups looking for an alternative activity to take part in as part of a corporate event, team building exercise, stag or hen do, birthday party, Christmas party or any other occasion you’d like to embellish with a unique creative spin.  Below is a list of ‘off the shelf’ workshops and packages we currently offer however each of these can be customised to suit your needs. So if you like the look of tie due but also want to give t-shirt printing a go drop us an email and we’ll do our best to make it happen. Similarly if you’d like any of these experiences to come to you please get in touch as a selection of our equipment is portable. Booking a workshop as a group would give you a discount price as well. If you are more than 5 people, you can get it from 50£ per person (regular price 75£) for our usual 6h workshop. Right before Christmas, NYE and holidays will make some of us more lazy, I am happy to invite you to practice with me the first of the last two Yin Practice for this 2022. What is Yin Yoga? Yin Yoga is a Yoga style based on keeping positions (or "asanas") for an extended period of time, allowing us to reach and deepen the union between our body and our mind. Join Wildside London in the creative studio at West 16th for a Christmas Wreath workshop on Thursday 5th December at 7pm.  Kick off the festive season by learning to create a gorgeous wreath with an array of seasonal florals. Our workshops are fun, immersive and relaxed and we provide all the materials and instruction to enable you to design and build a fabulous wreath. The evening provides an opportunity to plan a creative Christmas get together that will put you right into the Christmas spirit. Mulled wine and mince pies will be served alongside the wreath making tutorial, or book a table in the restaurant for dinner before and make a night it it.

Join Wildside London in the creative studio at West 16th for a Pumpkin Vase workshop on Tuesday 29th October at 7pm.  Get into the spirit of the spooky season and learn a few floral tricks and treats while creating a fabulous pumpkin vase with an array of autumnal florals. The displays will last a few weeks and make a fantastic halloween edition to your doorstep, dinner table or kitchen counter. Our workshops are fun, immersive and relaxed and we provide all the materials and instruction to enable you to design and build a fabulous display. Drinks and treats from the West 16th kitchen will be served alongside the pumpkin vase tutorial and are included in the ticket cost.
