Our intensive 10, 15 or 20 day Total Air Conditioning and Refrigeration training courses have been structured to meet the ever increasing demands on industry to meet safety, environmental and legal requirements regarding installation, commissioning, service and maintenance of both refrigeration and air conditioning systems including the electrical aspects of installation dependent upon course selection. The first 10 days of the Total Air Conditioning and Refrigeration training course are mechanical only, the following 5 or 10 days are the electrical aspects, depending on which route you need to go down. The Total Air Conditioning and Refrigeration training courses are accredited with the City & Guilds 2079, BESA Pipework and Brazing – (commercial), along with an EAL Unit* – Maintenance of Refrigeration Systems from the EAL Certificate in Engineering Technology (QCF) qualification. (*Practical elements will be covered during the course with a Project booklet to be completed by the student with an element of self-study after the course completion for us to claim the Unit certification from EAL). The VTCT Level 3 Certificate in Stone Therapy Massage is a substantial vocational qualification that will prepare you for a career as a stone therapy massage specialist. This qualification is designed for learners aged 16 years or over and will support you to gain employment as a stone therapy massage specialist, as the units contained in this qualification cover all the skills and knowledge required for this role. Entry onto this qualification can be via previous attainment of a Level 2 qualification in beauty or complementary therapy and/or a successful skills test and interview. This is a vocational qualification and includes all the required elements to work effectively as a stone therapy massage specialist including, three mandatory units covering the following: applying stone massage therapy, health and safety and client care. Throughout this qualification you will develop your knowledge and understanding of relevant anatomy and physiology, health and safety, client care and massage products. You will also develop a range of technical skills enabling you to prepare the body, use a stone heater and place stones and provide relaxing massage treatments using basalt stones and a variety of techniques. You will also develop interpersonal skills that will assist you to communicate effectively with clients.

City & Guilds 2392 10 level 2 is a short course aimed at newcomers to inspection and testing of electrical installations, and also the logical route towards 2391-50, 2391-51, or 2391-52. City & Guilds 2392 10 level 2 Certification is achieved on successful completion of both the practical assessment and PC based examination. A four day course for a student possessing a working knowledge of the wiring regulations, to the level of City and Guilds 2382. We strongly recommend City and Guilds 2382 is achieved prior to sitting this City & Guilds 2392 10 level 2 course, though this is NOT an entry requirement. The City & Guilds 2392 10 level 2 exam is a PC based multiple choice examination has 50 questions, is 1 hour 40 mins long and is closed book, with instant result. To further support this City & Guilds 2392 10 level 2 course, we offer a 1 day practical workshop available to candidates who have completed the course and require further ‘hands on’ practical experience prior to their practical examination. Most students who take this option, elect to complete this the day before their practical assessment. The practical assessment takes approximately 2 hours, this can, if available, be taken on the day following the on-line examination or at a later date at a time which is mutually convenient to both student and centre. This course will take you through the various aspects of crime lower billing, with discussions on topics such as what is and is not claimable; how you apply series of offences guidance; what evidence is required to claim a trial fee when a matter is discontinued; how do the LAA audit travel and other disbursement claims (including the rules when instructing an agent); and what evidence must be present on files to avoid any issues on audit.
