A cardiac arrest can happen to anyone, anywhere, at any time. Every second matters and this course will give you the confidence to act quickly and effectively. Most importantly, the course will also teach defibrillator operators how to perform effective CPR.

Juniors Unihoc competition, open to all Junior Sections in the Battalion. Teams will be of up to 6 players within the P4-P6 age range, four players will play in any single game, you may switch players between games. Sections may enter more than one team but cannot share players between teams. The competition will be played round robin or in leagues depending on the number of entries.
