The Greek Language Summer Camp is a great way for your child to greatly improve their Greek and have fun with other international children. Our program is for children aged 6-15 years and aims to develop children’s speaking skills and boost their confidence when speaking Greek. Young learners are usually faster to learn and grasp foreign languages, especially some aspects of languages like the pronunciation and new vocabulary. This is precisely why close contact with a Greek speaking environment and native Greek speakers is the perfect opportunity for children to engage in the Greek language fast and absorb new skills very quickly.

The first morning workshop will include: Simplify your scene: how to draw with colour and block shape. Corners: how to use geometric shapes. The second morning workshop will include: Lines: curved and straight The big picture: merge and harmonise. All materials provided. Please bring an image which can be a sketch or photograph of the scene you would like to illustrate. At the end of the 2 mornings you will have a beautiful illustration and an awareness of how to turn any idea into an illustration. Those who require a detailed understanding of asbestos surveying principles (e.g. asbestos report writers, architects, building surveyors etc.) Prior Knowledge and Understanding Candidates for this course are expected to be aware of the contents of HSG 264 Asbestos, the survey guide and have a minimum of six months prior experience of assisting on asbestos surveys. In addition, candidates are expected to have had training to cover the core competencies outlined within the foundation material detailed within Table A9.1 of HSG248 Asbestos: The Analysts' Guide (July 2021). This may be achieved by In -house learning or through the P400 foundation module.
