I started with Lynne after a received a deferred pass on my Army officer
selection board: Main Board attempt, subject to a physical re-show on the
obstacle course. I began a highly focused, high intensity work out focusing on
core and grip strength over a 10-11 week period. At every point I found Lynne’s
instruction, support and lesson program to be of the highest quality. After a
number of hour long session I felt fully prepared for the obstacles both
mentally and physically in a way that I had not previously, and was consequently
able to put in a great showing on the obstacle course.
