Train with us to facilitate Critical Incident Stress Debriefings. CISD are effective interventions that help care professionals to process stressful events in the workplace. A CISD helps restore well-being and protect from prolonged reactions. This excellent 2-day training will cover theory and practice, including lectures, videos, and small-group work. By the end you will be able to facilitate CISDs.

Register for this class and you will be sent ONLINE login instructions prior to the class date. It was great to have the opportunity to learn some new techniques and to gain more awareness of how I present myself. The most immediately applicable uses have been in reducing my “ums” and “ahs” and in trying to come to my point in a more succinct way. This is an online course sat at your own pace to introduce you to clinical coaching. During the course we will go into the concept of training a student, learning methods, tutorial techniques, safeguarding and how to use the Central Skills Log (CSL). The course is open for 2 months. Once completed we can then arrange access to the CSL for one of Abbeydale’s students.

She is looking for commercial and reading group fiction for adults and would love to find an unputdownable thriller like Rosamund Lupton's Three Hours, a funny, heartbreaking contemporary novel like Queenie by Candice Carty-Williams or a romantic comedy with a unique premise like The Flatshare by Beth O'Leary. She also loves historical fiction and series crime. Kate would like you to submit a covering letter, one page synopsis and the first three chapters (Max 5,000 words) of your completed manuscript in a single word document.
