If you have no intention of removing asbestos but work on buildings built or refurbished before the year 2000, asbestos could be present. You will need awareness training so you know how to avoid the risks. Asbestos awareness training should be given to employees whose work could foreseeably disturb the fabric of a building and expose them to asbestos or who supervise or influence the work. In particular, it should be given to those workers in the refurbishment, maintenance and allied trades where it is foreseeable that ACMs may become exposed during their work.

Have you always wanted to have a go at a Pottery class? Unsure if you want to commit to a pottery course or workshop. These taster sessions will give a you a brilliant opportunity to get your hands a bit mucky and learn a little bit about how clay works. We will complete a small easy beginners project, by hand, in a couple of hours. ( projects will vary dependant on different class facilitators) Hopefully you’ll go away feeling inspired and confident in your decision to join a course or full workshop with us. Your small project will be left with us for the glazing and kiln firing process, ready to collect in approx 3-4wks. Puppy training classes and dog training classes are suitable for general dog training and relationship building. Classes are run in line with the IMDT (Institute of Modern Dog Traioners) code of ethics, and training techniques are based upon positive reinforcement, using dog treats or dog toys and play as rewards for completing the actions we ask the puppy or dog to complete.    Classes will be limited to 6 people, to ensure I can circulate and provide individual feedback relevant to your puppy or dog training. We will teach foundation behaviours, with the benefit of being in a dog training class environment, which relies on your dog working around the distraction of other dogs. Classes will also teach you to effectively communicate with your dog and give you the skills to practice outside of classes and implement the training in your every day life, in a rage of environments. Puppy training classes and Dog training classes last 1 hour. They are run on Friday mornings in Bishop's Stortford.
