Aqua Jems Ltd was established to provide a different approach to teaching swimming to babies, toddlers, pre-school and school age children. Our lessons are progressive and inclusive, building a close, trusting relationship between the parent and baby and then teacher and child. This enables a personalised and bespoke service in a safe, friendly style, within a warm relaxed environment, this ensures the progression of each and every swimmer is optimised. From birth to competitive swimming! Our teachers are in the water and very stroke focused, with very small class sizes, we are able to give every swimmer the attention and correction they need every lesson. We have a max of 4 children per teacher in every class for school aged children and 8 children when parents are in the water to ensure great progress is made by every child.

Where an organisation’s risk assessment of First Aid needs identifies that there is a requirement for Emergency First Aid at Work practitioners, then this national Award in Emergency First Aid at Work satisfies the requirements of the regulatory body for First Aid – the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). All learners will have the skills and knowledge to provide the organisation with Emergency First Aider’s that can provide treatment to their casualties in a prompt, safe and effective manner. This training takes place at our Birmingham Training Centre on the Hagley Road in Edgbaston.

The Professional Driver 7-Hour Course for One Day Course Introduction: This one-day course is designed to provide professional drivers with the essential knowledge and skills required to operate their vehicles safely and efficiently. The course covers a wide range of topics, including: Licence requirements Personal protective equipment (PPE) Vehicle pre-trip inspections Safe and economic driving Bridge strike avoidance and route planning Vehicle security Overnight parking The course is delivered in a classroom/remote location setting and includes a mix of lectures, interactive discussions, and practical exercises. Participants will also have the opportunity to network with other professional drivers and share their experiences. Who should attend? This course is suitable for all professional drivers, regardless of experience level. It is particularly beneficial for drivers who are new to the profession, as well as drivers who are looking to refresh their skills and knowledge. What will you learn? Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to: Understand and comply with all applicable licence requirements for professional drivers Identify and use the correct PPE for different driving tasks Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections to identify any potential problems Drive safely and economically, taking into account road conditions, traffic, and fuel efficiency Avoid low bridges and plan routes effectively Secure vehicles to prevent theft and hijacking Park vehicles safely overnight We look forward to seeing you there! 😃

Gel Polish treatments are an increasingly popular treatment within the professional beauty industry. Gel Polish is applied to the client’s nail and then cured using an LED or UV lamp to create a longer lasting nail treatment (up to 3 weeks) than a standard manicure. Not only does this treatment keep clients happy due to its long-lasting effects, clients will need to return to the salon to have the gel polish removed, guaranteeing you repeat bookings. On completion of the course you will receive a certificate and a recognised, insurable qualification. All tools/products required for the course will be provided on the day. No take home kit included on this course.  Includes: Hard copy take home training manual. Duration – Fast track half day practical classroom-based training plus online theory work. Theory work to be completed in your own time via The Guild student portal before your practical course date. Practical day – 3pm – 6pm. It is advisable that students arrive 15 mins early to ensure a prompt start. Qualification - GTi award. Widely recognisable and insurable qualification, allowing you to deliver this treatment on the paying general public. Class size - Maximum 8 students in a class

Similarly if you’d like any of these experiences to come to you please get in touch as a selection of our equipment is portable. Booking a workshop as a group would give you a discount price as well. If you are more than 5 people, you can get it from 50£ per person (regular price 75£) for our usual 6h workshop.
