This is a one day course for employees in a low risk environment where a qualified first aider is necessary. This course became EMERGENCY FIRST AID AT WORK from October 2009 making it a qualification and not just an attendance.

The QNUK Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) is ideal for those employers that need to meet the minimum requirement of first aid regulations; typically those working in shops, offices and other low risk environments.

If you work with children, then our accredited Level 3 paediatric first aid course is ideal for you. This 2-day course covers everything you need to know about first aid for children, from CPR to dealing with common injuries and illnesses. You'll learn how to deal with all sorts of emergencies, both big and small, so you can feel confident that you're prepared for anything. The Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid Course (RQF) has been specifically designed to meet the criteria set by the Department for Education’s EYFS Framework.

This qualification is ideal for those already working, or preparing to work within industry wishing to become a First Aider in the workplace for the purposes of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 and the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1982. Topics within this qualification are regarded by the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) as being important in maintaining good practice in the safe, prompt and effective treatment of injuries and ill health in the workplace. How long will it take me to achieve this qualification? This is a 1 credit qualification, with a guided learning hour’s value of 8 and it has a minimum contact time of 6 hours, which is typically delivered via a 1 day course. How is the qualification assessed? Learners must undertake a practical assessment of their competence along with a short open response knowledge assessment, where learners are required to provide a short response to a prescribed series of questions. What next? In line with guidance provided by the HSE, the qualification supports/approves work place emergency first aiders for a period of 3 years, after which point learners will need to retake the course. First Aid Trainer - Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work Courses - delivered at your place of work

This 2-day course offers the requalification of a variety of first aid situations and how to respond to an emergency. It gives delegates the confidence to deal with any of these situations safely and efficiently.

This 3 Day First Aid at Work course is run over three days and includes both theory and practical sessions. The course is accredited to a Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF) and valid for 3 Years.

This Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) Level 3 Award qualification meets the requirement of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981, where a person is required to become a qualified ‘First Aider’ (EFAW) in their workplace.
