At Potential Solutions we believe we must ‘never stop learning’ about ourselves. By exploring our thoughts, feelings and behaviours we become better able to understand and manage ourselves and in turn understand others. Each of us has a distinct set of qualities that define our patterns; how we carry out tasks, relate to others and set priorities. These characteristics impact on how we behave, how we talk, how we approach others and how we lead. They also impact on the emotions, wellbeing and productivity of others and we need to consider, irrespective of our jobs, position or role, whether we are having the impact we want to have.
