  • I originally trained in AT with Christine Pinch in the 1990's & whilst finding Autogenic Training useful, I was relatively young and didn't fully appreciate it's potential. After a few years I let my practice subside, then stop completely. It was only many years later when caring for a relative that I realised I required much more stress proofing.
