I recently did an 8 week Meditation course. Paula is very welcoming and knowledgeable, we covered a range of different techniques. The setting is very calm and tranquil. The session helped me with my anxiety and panic attacks. I would highly recommend Breathe Mediation to everyone.

Such an amazing experience! Really enjoyed the Yoga to start the day off. Treated to a delicious 3 course lunch, and a glass of fizz! Followed by a lovely 2hour walk through the countryside. To finish the day, 3 different types of meditation, which I was not expecting. I would highly recommend this, whether it be with a group of friends, or a team building exercise. Thank you Paula for a fantastic day, I will definitely be back!!

What a wonderful time out from the world of crazy we live in. Paula is so calm, kind and patient. After so much time apart coming back together with my sisters and my mum was a really special moment and Breathe Meditation provided the perfect setting. We learned so much and left with happy hearts, minds and tummy’s! Thank you Paula you are the best xx

It was recommended to me that I should try meditation to help slow down my over-active mind and also to see it would help me with a medical problem. I met Paula and immediately warmed to her. The studio is very calming and comfortable and Paula was incredibly welcoming but also so good at listening to why I wanted to try meditation and trying different types of meditation to see what suited me best. Paula has helped me greatly over the 4-5 months I spent with her, learning "how" to medita...
