Had a great day with Tracey. She was very knowledgeable about the skills needed to make pasta, pizza and bread and I absolutely loved learning all about the best Italian ingredients. I’m looking forward to using the pizza dough we took home soon!

Great Saturday with my son spent learning about how to make wonderful pasta sauces. Tracey creates a lovely relaxed atmosphere and is very happy to share her knowledge and expertise. The day got off to a great start with her home made Tiramisu for breakfast before we made a huge variety of pasta sauces and tasted them all. More of a group cooking experience than individual teaching but really informative. Top tip - come hungry and bring some plastic containers for left overs! It was all delic...

I thoroughly enjoyed my ‘Italian sauces’ cooking class with Tracey. She created a welcoming and relaxed environment in her lovely home. The ingredients were excellent quality and the dishes we made were delicious and uncomplicated - perfect for me to try at home with my family. We also got to sample many other wonderful homemade Italian dishes throughout the day and Tracey was generous with her wine and Prosecco! What a great way to spend a rainy Saturday!
