James at 365 Fitness has been helping me for the last few months during weekly personal training sessions. These go beyond just exercising and we regularly cover nutrition with James having lots of tips, tricks and sensible advice on eating well and healthily whilst accepting that there is often not enough time in the day to prepare a meal from scratch every evening. I would thoroughly recommend joining this gym. I initially signed up for the six-week challenge, which has helped me examine how I look at nutrition and helped me to ensure I make time for my fitness and well-being. As a result, I finished the challenge leaner and feeling more confident. I enjoyed the classes so much that I’m now a member. The classes are challenging but fun, catering to all abilities in a friendly environment.

I am a newcomer to 365 fitness and have just started the 6 week challenge. Despite feeling a lack of confidence having not been a member of a gym for several years, all my concerns were allayed immediately. I have felt very welcomed by the team and have thoroughly enjoyed the class environment and the motivation it gives. I am particularly pleased that they offer the early classes so I can do my exercise before I have to go to work. I would thoroughly recommend 365 Fitness.

I won a free month’s membership at 365 fitness and I’m so pleased I did. Having only trained in a gym environment working out in classes was new to me so I was a bit apprehensive at first. However there was no need to be. A great bunch of people with various classes for all different levels of fitness. Everyone is really helpful and friendly.
