Since starting Zumba I feel my energy levels have increased, I am taking the dog out more often. In the past I have gone for short walks and enjoyed swimming but I changed to Zumba because I love music and dancing and that’s what Zumba includes. I stick with Zumba because it’s a great atmosphere and Diane does an amazing job. The sessions are vey inclusive and allows everyone to feel comfortable to take part, meet new people and most of all have fun.

I've recently started the online classes as I'd lost my mojo after hitting the menopause. Dianne is so full of energy its infectious, and so welcoming, she even comes to the camera to give us some attention so we don't feel left out. I feel very happy when I've finished the class and I feel a sense of achievement. Next step is going to a class.

I first joined Zumba classes as a new fitness activity aiming to keep me fit and active as l hardly did much other fitness activities. Thinking back on my first few Zumba classes, they were packed with fun dances and Dianne gives an energetic, great warm atmosphere that l laughed all through the classes as it was me trying to follow the arms and legs co-ordination moves whilst on the move. Dianne let's you take her classes as easy or as fast as you like using your own pace and comfort level...

I can’t imagine ever not doing Zumba now . Since Dianne put the classes on line , I’ve been doing between 2 and 3 classes a week and I try to attend the live classes when I can . Zumba helps with my well-being after a stressful day at work and my fitness level is much improved . I recommend it to anyone and Dianne and Rachel the ladies in the classes are so lovely and welcoming . They feel like friends now :-)

I have been attending Dianne’s classes via livestream for almost two years, after foregoing live classes in the gym during lockdown. I look forward to the regularly scheduled classes because they give me structure, and even though I’m at home, I feel like I have become friends with the instructor and students I see regularly. This has improved my mood and helped me maintain my weight. I stick with Dianne and her classes partly because of the feeling of friendship, even at a distance, and beca...
