Been there 7 years and cannot fault it,your not just a number there it's so clean so friendly and and great equipment,you won't find a better gym with fantastic owners Shaz n Ziggy the friendliest down to earth people ever who have great staff aswell who also are never afraid to give help or advice #teamziggys

This place is amazing every bit of equipment you could ever want. A immense supplement store and better staff than you could wish for these guys are 100% top notch

Superb gym with friendly and helpful staff - Always ready to give a wealth of experienced advice. There is an excellent selection of equipment with separate rooms to work all body parts. In my opinion the best gym available.

So sorry about the 2 star's me and my fat fingers . I've been training at the this gym on & off over the last 8 years .Definitely the best gym around. Everyone is so friendly and the staff go out of their way to help and answer any questions you may have. Definitely deserves the 5 stars I have given . And a new place to try if ur looking for a new start & want to give yourself that Extra push .

Very very clean and friendly gym. Plenty of equipment and a really good sun bed! Been going this gym a while now and I will until it either shuts down or I stop weight training
