Ive been working with Ross for nearly a month now and the results speak for themselves. Ive lost nearly a stone in weight (Fat) whilst gaining some toned muscle mass and starting now to feel so much better in myself. The diet programme he puts together is a realistic plan to follow and I will be able to stick to this one! He's professional, knows his stuff about a variety of different exercises which keeps it fun. Its hard work but thats what you want! Highly recommended

I have been having PT sessions with Ross for 2 months now and have thoroughly enjoyed being trained by him. Each session has been supportive and enjoyable and I am seeing results weekly. I recommend Ross as a PT, he listened to and understood what I wanted to achieve and gave sound advice for not only exercise but diet too.

I have been working with Ross for two months now to help me lose weight and improve my fitness. as a 53 year old, overweight man recovering from a hip replacement I started with fairly low expectations of what I would achieve.
