I started Pregnancy Yoga with Amber when I was around 20 weeks pregnant and continued up until the end of my pregnancy, I loved this time to just focus on me and my baby and felt much more comfortable afterwards. We have attended baby yoga since my daughter was around 7 weeks old, she's now 6 months and she loves it :)

Amber's Postnatal Restore with Pilates class is like a weekly re-set for my body and mind. I leave the class feeling relaxed and stronger, physically and mentally and able to be a better mum to my baby girl as a result. Prior to attending this class, I attended Amber's pregnancy yoga classes throughout the second and third trimesters of my pregnancy which I also recommend. I first started doing yoga with Amber when I was pregnant and really enjoyed her prenatal classes. So much so, I joined her Postnatal Restore with Pilates class a few months after having my twins. The class has helped me strengthen and reconnect with my body, and is so relaxing. I feel like I’ve had a full body massage after every session! Amber is a calm and knowledgeable teacher, and I look forward to her classes every week.

Amber is a brilliant pregnancy yoga instructor and so kind and thoughtful. She’s always bringing treats in for everyone to enjoy once the session has finished and offers excellent advice. I love these sessions. They’ve really helped me in my pregnancy.

Amber was an excellent hypnobirthing teacher. Despite it being lockdown and the classes over zoom, Amber was very flexible and adaptable, even sending us some goodies in the post to make the sessions more interactive! It is obvious that Amber is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what she is teaching. Her enthusiasm for hypnobirthing really came across well in our sessions.
