I've been training with Paul for several years now and have come to rely on him to keep me on track with my fitness. He's very knowledgeable and has a real gift for understanding what motivates people, tailoring his approach to each individual to get the best results. He's given me confidence in strength training and helped me achieve things I could never have seen myself doing. Plus, the conversation is excellent - a gym session with Paul is never boring! I recommend him highly.

Paul is an experienced and professional trainer who has a great mix of encouragement and empathy while pushing your limits. I've had Paul as my PT for a few years and really enjoy working with him, a good contrast with some of the previous trainers I've had.

I trained with Paul after my ACL reconstruction. I was trying to do exercises on my own and Paul kindly came over to help. He was friendly and informative. I decided to book sessions with him straight away and he helped me with the final stages of my rehab. I have been training with Paul for a number of years both in gym and Pilates. He is highly professional, very friendly and really knows how to set goals that meet your fitness objectives.
