I completed my Meditation course with Ricardo. I'm happy to say how much I learned about handle stress, be totally on the present moment, how to manage thoughts and feelings through Meditation, and so much more. Ricardo is a amazing human being, very comited and passionate, he shares his knowledge with kindness and considereness.

I did the Meditation and mindfulness for Insight course with Riccardo, it was incredible. Riccardo is super knowledgable and intuitive, yet humble too. I would recommend it to anyone interested in how we work and beautiful insights into life, the universe and everything... Be prepared to commit yourself, jump in and enjoy. It feel very fortunate to have had this opportunity, and had such a lovely group to learn with.

Finally a course that didn't bore me after two weeks (or even less), each session was interesting, full of examples and simple to understand because the explanations were clear. Thanks to his experience Riccardo is able to convey curiosity and passion towards this ancient meditation practice, and devotes much more time than the course foresees. This meditation and mindfulness programme is taught with compassion and insight. I learned strategies to manage stress and anxiety but also most of all, I learned that acceptance is the key to most things! I recommend this programme.
