  • I have been training at Zen now for over two years. I started doing the 6 week boot camp to lose some weight. I didn’t quite lose the 18lbs I was targeting, but got pretty close at 16lbs. It was hard work, but the encouragement of everyone at Zen and the feeling of being fitter was enough to see me through.   • Throughly recommend. I did the 6 week challenge and not only did I loose 9lb but I put in 3% muscle - very pleased. I have continued with the boot camp which is hard work but such fun. Alan and Richard make the training sessions very varied and challenging. They take care of and injuries and generally help you build your fitness safely.
